We will endeavour to process all orders quickly and will always aim to dispatch goods within 48 hours of initial receipt. Often this will be done within 24 hours. Unless we notify you otherwise, goods will be dispatched by Royal Mail or Parcelforce. Local delivery will be undertaken directly by ourselves.
All goods on the website are stock items and therefore will be available immediately in the majority of cases. In the unusual situation where we are awaiting goods to be received we will notify you of the delay, but will undertake to ensure goods are available for dispatch within 7 days of receipt of order.
We will always email you to confirm receipt of order and advise expected dispatch and delivery dates.
If you are dis-satisfied with any of our products please let us know within 48 hours of receipt, by email or telephone. All goods can be returned for a full refund but the cost of the return postage must be met by the customer returning the items. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the goods are packaged securely and returned to us in perfect condition within 7 days, if a refund is to be provided.
The postage costs are for the UK only, if you are an overseas customer please email us prior to placing your order to request details of the additional postage applicable.
