In the interests of the environment we always try our best to use recycled cardboard when packing  our parcels, but particularly when packing the larger plastic storage boxes as these parcels can be huge.

We use 'new' bubble wrap, to ensure your goods reach you safely and we just ask you to try and re-use it some how, so it doesn't end up in land fill. We're currently pulling together a list of uses for second hand bubble wrap - this will be available soon. Until then, we know lots of you just like to 'pop it' ..., but do let us know if you've got your own practical ways of using it

We endeavour to process all orders quickly and we will confirm the expected timescale for dispatch / delivery, within 24 hours

We will always aim to dispatch most goods within 48 hours of initial receipt of order. Some bulky goods take a little longer, particularly our Plastic Storage Boxes, as these require careful packing to ensure they reach you in perfect condition.. At busy times we may need 7 - 10 days to get these goods to you, but we will however ensure you are kept informed of the delivery timescale.

Goods are dispatched via Parcelforce. Local delivery will be undertaken directly by ourselves.

All goods on the website are stock items and therefore will be available immediately in the majority of cases. In the unusual situation where we are awaiting goods to be received we will notify you of the delay

If you are dis-satisfied with any of our products please let us know within 48 hours of receipt, by email or telephone. All goods can be returned for a full refund but the cost of the return postage must be met by the customer returning the items. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the goods are packaged securely and returned to us in perfect condition within 7 days, if a refund is to be provided.

The carriage costs are for England, Wales and Southern Scotland only and do not include other parts of Scotland and Northern Ireland. If you are in any doubt please email us prior to placing your order to request details of the carriage applicable.
